Golfran Rivera MPAS, PA-C

Founder and Chief Clinician

Golfran Rivera, PA-C is a passionate family medicine PA who is on a mission to transform primary care for patients and for PAs alike. He is the founder of TrueCare DPC, a direct primary care clinic, and he is a coach to other PAs who share his passion for high quality primary care. He was trained in the Army's Interservice Physician Assistant Program and served as the primary care manager for 2-504 Parachute Infantry Regiment of the 82nd Airborne Division. Upon completing his tour, he was discharged from the military and served in a local federally qualified health center where he experienced first hand the lack of time and support that PAs receive in primary care and the detriment it is to patients. Subsequently, he started his very own DPC clinic in Fayetteville, NC where he is able to spend time with his patients, make primary care more affordable and accessible, while enjoying a much higher quality of life. He's to determined to help other PAs see how this model of healthcare can transform not only the life of the patients, but of the PAs themselves.
