Orthopedic Physician Assistant (PA-C)

Overview: We are a well-established, solo orthopedic practice seeking a skilled and compassionate Orthopedic Physician Assistant to join our team. You’ll work directly with a board-certified Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO), assisting in both office visits and outpatient surgical procedures. Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and physical exams
• Document clinical notes and maintain accurate patient records
• Assist in outpatient surgical procedures in the operating room
• Administer injections and assist with DME fitting
• Prepare patients for surgery and coordinate care with medical assistant staff
• Build long-term relationships with patients and contribute to continuity of care
• Participate in ongoing continuing medical education (CME) and training

Qualifications:

• Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) with current NJ state licensure
• Previous orthopedic or surgical experience preferred
• Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills
• Strong work ethic and commitment to patient care

Pay: From $140,000 - $160,000 per year
