Daytime CTICU coverage at a high-acuity academic center in Louisiana - full-time schedule with all travel covered.

Practice Setting

• Inpatient CTICU role at a major academic medical center
• Adult-only ICU population
• Collaborate with attendings, hospitalists, CTS/CCM teams
• Epic charting system

Schedule

• Full-time, ongoing need - 7a-7p daytime shifts
  • No night call
• Schedule building out: flexibility to adjust shift structure
• Average panel: 8-10 patients with 1-2 admits per shift

Cases and Procedures

• Cardiac critical care focus
• ECMO, transplant, and vent management
• No line/procedure placement required

Requirements

• PA-C with Acute Care certification
• Active Louisiana license required
• BLS, ACLS, and DEA certifications
• Minimum 24 months of relevant experience
