Schedule

• Preferred Days: Monday - Friday 

• Hours: 7am - 4pm / 9am -6pm 

  Responsibilities

  • Provide primary and acute care to patients aged 2 and older
  • Manage chronic diseases and occupational health cases
  • Conduct DOT physicals and worker’s comp evaluations
  • Float to Juvenile Detention Center for basic medical care and physicals
  • Perform or be willing to learn venipuncture and CLIA-waived lab testing

  Requirements

  • Certifications: Board Certified (NP/PA), BLS, DEA, DOT Certified
  • Licensure: Active CA state license
  • Experience: Minimum 2 year in family practice and chronic disease management

  • EMR: ECW
