Location: Defiance, OH and Toledo, OH - must travel to both locations

Defiance: Tuesdays and Thursdays

Toledo: Monday/Wednesdays/Fridays

Paid: Weekly W2 hourly rate - (Medical, Dental, & Vision benefits)
Patient volume: 4-10
EMR: Cority
Certifications: OH license, BLS certified
