Highlights

• 12-hour day shifts only (7a-7p)
• No call, no nights

Practice Setting

• Inpatient CTICU at major academic center
• High-volume transplant and ECMO service
• Team includes attendings, hospitalists, and cardiac intensivists

Schedule

• 7a-7p day shifts; no night coverage
• Open scheduling, open to full time schedule or PRN
• 8-10 patients per shift with 1-2 daily admits

Cases and Procedures

• Cardiac ICU cases: transplant, ECMO, vent management

Requirements

• Certified Physician Assistant with Acute Care training
• Active Louisiana license
• BLS, ACLS, and DEA required
