Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. This is a permanent, full-time position where you will work closely with our orthopedic surgeons in providing comprehensive care to patients with various orthopedic conditions. • Provide comprehensive orthopedic care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Perform physical examinations.
• Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures.
• Assist physicians during orthopedic procedures such as total knee arthroplasties and total hip arthroplasties.
• Educate patients and their families on orthopedic care and treatment options.
• Monitor and ensure the effective delivery of therapy and medication to patients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in orthopedics and related medical fields.

• Strong clinical skills in patient assessment and diagnosis.
• Proficiency in medical imaging techniques and interpretation.

Qualifications

1. A Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies from an accredited institution2. Current certification as a PA3. Proven experience in orthopedic care4. Proficiency in interpreting X-rays, MRI's and CT scans5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and medical staff6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment7. Strong commitment to patient care and a passion for improving the health and wellbeing of patients8. Active state licensure and DEA registration9.
