• Patient Census: Inpatient, closed ICU, 10 bed with a max overflow of 4 for a total of 14 max. Current average census of 10.
• EMR: Cerner
• Realistic timeframe for Creds: Standard is 90 days , but emergency privs are available in 45 days.
• References needed: Yes during creds
