• Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm with 40-hour work week
• 20 - 25 patients per day in clinic setting
• Split time between two outpatient clinic locations
• No dedicated administrative time provided
• EMR: EPIC
• Family medicine scope including chronic disease management and wellness exams
• Experience with underserved populations preferred
• 4-week ramp-up period to full patient load
