Board Certification: NCCPA - Required

State License: Active Michigan license - Required (will not accept providers needing to obtain)

Certifications: BLS & ACLS through AHA - Required

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years with robotic bedside first-assist experience in GYN, urology, general surgery, and bariatrics

EMR Experience: Cerner - Preferred
