Opportunity Highlights
• Schedule: Full-time locums position providing 24-hour call coverage, 3–4 days per week
• Job Setting: Inpatient, OR, and clinic (1 day/week; 15–20 post-op patients)
• Team Structure: 2 Cardiovascular Surgeons and 3 Advanced Practice Providers
• Type of Cases: CABG, VATS, thoracotomies, lobectomies, AAA repairs, arterial bypasses, aortic valve replacements
• Responsibilities: Inpatient rounding, surgical consults, emergency room call coverage, and post-operative clinic visits
• Program Volume: Approximately 90 surgeries/procedures per month
• Credentialing: Emergency privileges available; start work within 6 weeks

Minimum Requirements for Consideration
• Board Certified / Board Eligible: Cardiothoracic or Cardiovascular Surgery
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS (ATLS preferred)
• Licensure: Open to candidates eligible for state licensure
