Are you a compassionate, mission-driven Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant looking to make a real impact?

Access Health Louisiana (AHL) one of the state’s largest networks of Federally Qualified Health Centers is looking for an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to school communities that need it most. This is a 10 month annual assignment.

At AHL, you’ll join a dynamic, collaborative care team that puts patients first and supports providers every step of the way. This is more than a job; it’s a chance to practice with purpose.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver comprehensive care to students at a school-based health center.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic health conditions.
• Work closely with clinical staff, behavioral health staff, and care coordinators to promote whole-person care.
• Serve with dignity and compassion in high-need, underserved communities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Louisiana. Full prescriptive authority.
• At least 2 years of experience in a primary care or community health setting.
• Passion for community health and a strong commitment to health equity.
