A highly respected nonprofit organization in New York City is actively seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide impactful healthcare services to underserved communities.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm
• Setting: Satellite locations

Responsibilities:

• Provide medical care to pediatric, adolescent and adult patients
• Take relevant patient history and identify patient needs and makes diagnoses
• Observe, implement, and promote the federal regulations as defined by HIPAA and Policies and Procedures
• Assist the Chief Medical Officer in the development and implementation of medical protocols and medical forms
• Work collaboratively with physicians and specialists for consultation and referral purposes

Qualifications:

• 2+ year of relevant experience as an Advanced Practice Provider
• Active NYS licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Board/DEA certified with access to Medicaid
• Passion for working with underserved or at-risk populations
