Experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant needed in New Orleans, LA

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced FNP to join a vibrant community health center in the historic Bywater district of New Orleans. This center is part of a network of community-focused clinics serving diverse populations, providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages in a culturally rich and supportive environment.

Location:

Bywater, New Orleans, LA – close to the city’s lively arts, music, and culinary scenes, as well as scenic views of the Mississippi River.

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
• Friday: 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.
• Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as an NP
• Active Louisiana NP license
• Experience with pediatrics
• Strong skills in managing chronic illness and preventive care

Clinical Responsibilities

• Management of asthma, COPD, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and other chronic conditions
• Integrated behavioral health services
• Preventive care including immunizations and cancer screenings
• Same-day appointments for acute illness

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $100,000–$145,000
