Job Overview:

We are seeking a confident, highly skilled Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a provider who is passionate about aesthetics, patient outcomes, and continuous learning. You will perform advanced aesthetic procedures, conduct medical evaluations, and provide expert guidance to help patients look and feel their best.

You’ll work closely with our team of RNs, estheticians, and medical director to ensure safe, effective, and beautiful results while maintaining the highest clinical and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform aesthetic procedures such as neurotoxin and dermal filler injections, PRF/PRP, Sculptra, and laser/skin rejuvenation treatments (Injectable and laser experience required).

• Conduct patient consultations, health histories, and good-faith exams.

• Develop customized treatment plans aligned with patient goals.

• Educate patients on procedures, skincare regimens, and post-care.

• Maintain accurate documentation in Aesthetic Record.

• Collaborate with the clinical and administrative teams to enhance patient experience and safety.

• Stay current on aesthetic trends, product knowledge, and continuing education.

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Tennessee Nurse Practitioner License (FNP, AGNP, or equivalent).

• Minimum of 2 years of injecting experience within the state of Tennessee (required).

• Must be comfortable with a commission-only pay structure.

• Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and patient-first mindset.

• Excellent communication, professionalism, and teamwork.

• Desire for ongoing professional growth and participation in trainings/workshops.
