Position Description

Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (Part-Time)

Location: Pittsburgh Aesthetics – Mars, PA

Schedule Options: 16 or 24 hours per week

Compensation: $60/hour + Incentives + Growth Opportunities

We’re expanding our team and seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant who is passionate about client care, professional growth, and aesthetic excellence.

Position Overview

As an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant, you’ll provide injectable treatments, perform consultations, support treatment planning, and uphold our high clinical and safety standards. This role offers flexibility, mentorship, and a clear growth pathway.

Choose the schedule that fits your lifestyle:

Option 1 – 16 hours/week (≈8 days per month)

Option 2 – 24 hours/week (≈12 days per month)

Compensation & Benefits

Starting Hourly Rate: $60/hour

Performance Incentives: Up to $500/month based on verified performance metrics.

Training Program: 12-week training program instructed by Dr. Courtney Healy. Training rate at $50/hour. Post-training rate increases to $60/hour.

Advancement: Eligible after 12 months for an “Advanced Injector Tier” bonus

Retention Bonus: $2,000 bonus after 12 months of continuous employment in good standing.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform aesthetic consultations and administer injectable treatments.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation.
  • Educate clients on skincare, pre/post-care, and ongoing treatment plans.
  • Support a collaborative, client-first culture within the practice.
  • Participate in ongoing training and clinical development.

Qualifications

  • Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in Pennsylvania.
  • Prior aesthetic injector experience preferred, but not required (training program provided).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, safety-focused, and passionate about aesthetics.
