Position Summary:

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner and/or Physician Assistant to join our team in Tucson, AZ. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and compassionate NP/ PA looking to make a difference in the community. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services, collaborate with our team of healthcare professionals, and ensure the highest standard of patient care. Clinic position in need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care for patients over the age of 18.
• Conduct comprehensive physical exams and manage chronic and acute illnesses.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans.
• Educate patients on health promotion and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Arizona.
• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in primary care, family medicine, or a related field preferred (new graduates with strong clinical experience will be considered).
• Needs to have a DEA license or be able to obtain one.
• Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
