This location features advanced technology and a collaborative team of providers, offering the chance to practice with autonomy, innovation, and a direct connection to patients.

Providers at this clinic will play a key role in shaping operations, engaging with the community, and introducing new aesthetic and wellness programs.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant located in Leander, TX. The ideal candidate should be passionate about delivering comprehensive primary care services, which include diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses, managing patient care plans, and providing urgent care when needed. 

In this role, the FNP or PA will work closely with patients to ensure a high standard of care and maintain accurate health records. Effective collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and a focus on patient-centered care will be essential.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) and an active Texas license.
• Preferred experience in primary care, urgent care, or family medicine settings.
• Knowledge of EMR/EHR systems, such as eClinicalWorks, Epic, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with CPT and ICD-10 coding and documentation standards.
• Comfort with procedures including injections, suturing, IV therapy, and diagnostic evaluations.
• Interest or experience in aesthetic or regenerative treatments is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential; being bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough assessments of patients, diagnose conditions, and create personalized treatment plans.  
• Manage the needs of patients regarding acute, chronic, and preventive care.  
• Conduct in-office procedures such as suturing, IV insertion, and diagnostic testing.  
• Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to improve patient outcomes.  
• Educate patients about health maintenance, medication use, and lifestyle management.  
• Participate in the clinic’s aesthetic medicine and wellness programs, including medical weight loss, Botox, fillers, microneedling, and PRP therapy (training available if needed).  
• Accurately and efficiently document all care in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
