About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA-C) to join our pediatric healthcare team. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with children and families, thrives in a collaborative clinical environment, and is committed to delivering high-quality, family-centered care.

This role supports patient assessments, treatment planning, and overall continuity of care for infants, children, and adolescents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive pediatric assessments, including well-child checks and sick visits.
  • Manage patient care plans, including follow-up and care coordination.
  • Support efficient utilization of pediatric healthcare resources.
  • Perform pediatric procedures within scope, including catheterization and basic respiratory support as needed.
  • Provide newborn and infant care; experience with higher acuity situations is a plus.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice activities.
  • Educate and support parents and caregivers on pediatric health conditions and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the clinical team to provide integrated care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and utilize pediatric medical terminology appropriately.
  • Support smooth daily clinic operations and workflows.

Requirements

Valid certification as an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant).

  • Bilingual Spanish/English — strongly preferred.
  • Strong skills in pediatric assessment and clinical evaluation.
  • Experience in pediatrics, primary care, family medicine, or urgent care preferred.
  • Familiarity with utilization management and care coordination.
  • Pediatric or neonatal procedure experience is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills and a warm, patient-centered approach with children and families.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary pediatric team.
