GlyCare is a hospital-based group practice specializing exclusively in inpatient diabetes and glycemic management. Our Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants provide protocol-driven, evidence-based care to hospitalized adults on Med-Surg and Step-Down units (non-ICU), supported by board-certified endocrinologists.

What You’ll Do

• Provide consultative inpatient diabetes & glycemic management (non-ICU)
• Independently round using standardized, evidence-based protocols
• Manage an average of ~25 patients/day (higher census up to 28–35)
• Participate in rotating, phone-only after-hours call coverage

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Texas NP or PA license (FNP, AGNP, ACNP, or PA-C)
• Board certified
• Inpatient experience or inpatient RN background
• EMR proficiency
• New grads welcome | DEA not required
• Minimum 1-year contract commitment
