DFW Medical Clinic in Irving, TX is looking for full-time Nurse practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, providing high-quality, patient-centered care, and managing both acute and chronic conditions via telemedicine, as well as traditional in person care.

‣ Provide comprehensive primary care services including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for patients of all ages via telemedicine, as well as traditional in person care.

‣ Manage acute illnesses, chronic diseases, preventive care, and health screenings.

‣ Perform in-office procedures as appropriate to training and scope.

‣ Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant electronic health records (EHR).

‣ Collaborate with clinic leadership and staff to ensure excellent patient care and workflow efficiency.

‣ Provide patient education and counseling on health promotion, disease prevention, and treatment options.

‣ Comply with all clinical, regulatory, and quality standards required by state and federal guidelines.

‣ Licensed NP, PA, in the state of Texas

‣ Active, unrestricted DEA license.

‣ Direct primary care experience.

‣ Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.

‣ Must be credentialed or eligible for credentialing with Medicare, Medicaid, and major commercial insurance plans.

‣ Proficient with electronic health records (EHR).

‣ Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Salary: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

• Hybrid position: combination of in-person clinic visits and virtual Telehealth appointments.
• Weekday schedule: Monday–Thursday with a mix of in-person and virtual visits based on clinic needs.

(No nights, on-call shifts, or major holidays unless mutually agreed)

• Core required day: Sunday (in-clinic)
• Regular days off: Friday and Saturday
