Outpatient Family Practice Locums in Illinois

Practice Setting

• Outpatient primary care medical setting.
• See ages 2 and up; typical volume is 12-15 patients per day.
• Strong support staff of MAs and RNs.

Schedule

• Immediate Need for coverage through the end of Q1 2026.
• Only 3 days per week - Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
• Block scheduling available; work 10-hour shifts and enjoy extended time off.

Procedures and Cases

• Focus is on full primary care and routine health maintenance.
• Perform light occupational health and physical exams.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
• Active Illinois state licensure is required; will not wait for license.
• Minimum of 24 months of relevant experience.
• Required certifications include BLS, DEA, and DOT.
