The stunningly beautiful island of Vinalhaven lies 12 miles off the coast of Maine and is home to approximately 1200 full time and 4000 part time residents. It boasts a large lobster fishing fleet, a K through 12 school, 2 large farms producing organic produce, abundant hiking, and an active art and music scene.

The Federally Qualified Health Center position requires a firm grasp of Family Practice in a semi remote setting. Emergency Medicine experience is a huge plus. The schedule is 2 weeks on and 1 week off rotation with 2 other strong mid-level providers. Salary is commensurate with experience.
