Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing outpatient wellness practice focused on hormone optimization, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), weight management, and preventive wellness care.

The ideal provider is passionate about integrative medicine, patient education, and evidence-based treatment approaches that help individuals achieve long-term health, vitality, and balance. This role involves delivering high-quality, compassionate care through both in-office and telehealth services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients using evidence-based care pathways
  • Provide comprehensive care related to hormone optimization, weight management, and general wellness
  • Educate patients on lifestyle modification, nutrition, hormone balance, and preventive health strategies
  • Conduct health risk assessments and manage ongoing treatment plans to ensure continuity of care
  • Communicate proactively and compassionately to deliver an exceptional patient experience
  • Utilize EMR and clinical technology to maintain accurate documentation and streamline workflows
  • Collaborate effectively with physicians and clinical staff to support coordinated care

Qualifications

  • Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) program
  • Active, unrestricted Georgia NP or PA license
  • Active or eligible DEA license in Georgia
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), including the ability to interpret and manage lab work
  • Strong background in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Knowledge of preventive care and patient education strategies
  • Experience with hormone therapy, bioidentical hormones, anti-aging medicine, or functional medicine preferred
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical records and compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Prior outpatient or clinical experience preferred

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Standard schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
  • No routine weekend or night shifts

Caseload

  • Initial caseload of approximately 10 patients per day
  • Expected to increase gradually to 20-25 patients per day

Start Date

  • Immediate need; candidates available to start promptly are preferred
