Key Responsibilities
FNP/PA-C (Primary Care) - South Bend, IN
- Mon/Wed - 8 AM - 5 PM
- Tue/Thu - 8 AM - 5:30 PM
- Fri - 8 AM - 3 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations and patient assessments
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions in collaboration with supervising physicians
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Provide patient education on preventive care, medications, and basic nutrition
- Participate in clinic meetings and quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Nurse Practitioner certification (ANCC or AANP) or Physician Assistant certification (NCCPA)
- Active Indiana license or ability to obtain prior to start
- Current or eligible DEA licensure / prescriptive authority
- Minimum 2 years of NP/PA experience in primary care
- BLS certification
- Spanish proficiency preferred, not required
- $20,000 reward and retention bonus (paid in allotments)
- $2,500 CME allowance plus 5 CME days
- Guaranteed minimum 2.5% annual salary increase
