We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established Primary & Urgent Care Clinic in Jacksonville, NC. With over 30 years of experience serving the community, this clinic offers a collaborative and patient-focused environment where you can make a meaningful impact.

This is a full-time, on-site position where you will play a key role in providing direct patient care, diagnosing and managing both acute and chronic conditions, and working alongside a supportive team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care in a primary and urgent care setting
• Perform physical exams and health assessments
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Prescribe medications as appropriate
• Maintain accurate and thorough medical records
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
  
  

Qualifications

• Current and valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with EHR systems and medical software
• Prior experience in family medicine or primary care preferred
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
