We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider in Psychiatry in Massachusetts

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Manage a caseload of up to 16 psychiatry patients.
• Documentation: Complete admissions, discharges, and daily notes for assigned patients.
• Collaboration: Participate in treatment team meetings, family meetings, and agency meetings as necessary.
• Coverage: Provide written sign-outs for the covering on-call providers for overnight and weekend shifts.

Work Schedule:

• Days: Monday through Friday
• Hours: 8 hours daily
• No On-Call Duties: No after-hours or weekend on-call duties.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, with at least 1 year in Geriatric Psychiatry.
• Skills: Strong clinical skills in psychiatry, excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Regulations: Familiarity with Massachusetts Mental Health regulations is a plus.
