Step 1: From the Member Management section of the control panel, search for the member by name or email address, via the ‘Quick Follower Search’ bar:

Step 2: Once you have located the correct member, click ‘Cancel auto renewal’ under the Actions dropdown to the right of their name:

Step 3: Select the option to send an email to the member notifying them of this cancelation, and then click ‘Confirm':
