AAPA wants to interview a PA that works with adolescent medicine
Good morning
AAPA has collaborated with NIDA on a CME addressing teen substance use. A recent series was launched the first topic of the Science to Medicine (STM) The series briefly summarizes key steps clinicians took to successfully integrate medication treatment into their practice setting (e.g., an FQHC, primary care, emergency medicine, pediatric) we were able to have a PA be part of that first series.
They are looking to again interview a PA that works within the adolescent medicine or family medicine setting who would be willing to be interviewed for the second round of the series. topic in the series will be on screening, the plan is to focus on the entire screening and referral to treatment process, so we can provide clinicians with practical information.
