Attention Louisiana PAs: 

Don't forget that in order to hold a current CDS license, you must complete the required CME and submit to LSBME.  Requirements can be found at http://www.lsbme.la.gov/content/board-approved-cme-courses-cds-requirements and see the attached list for direct access to CME activities. 

The three hours of CME must be completed by the prescribers 2019 license renewal date. If the prescriber has not completed this requirement by his/her 2019license renewal date, the Board will be unable to renew his/her license.    

Advice: PAs have utilized the Net CE activity and note "It was inexpensive, informative, and approved by LSBME when I submitted my work."  However, any acitivty or combination of activities that meet the requirements can be completed and submitted.
