Researchers at the University of Utah are studying the role of Physical Therapists (PTs) in providing opioid risk mitigation. They invite you to participate in a 10-
15 minute survey, with a $1.00 donation to Utah Support Advocates for Recovery Awareness for each completed survey. Eligible participants must identify as a primary care provider and have prescribed an opioid in the last 6 months. Please note that participation is limited to one time per individual.
