approximately 2-3 days of surgery per week as well as outpatient clinic treating fractures, pre op, and post op patients, as well as inpatient management.

Busy level 3 rural trauma ER with about 50,000 visits annually. High Amish population.

Busy Cardiology office in Tarzana, Ca. Patients vary with age, and conditions vary just as much. Dr. treats the whole patient, so not only will you be exposed to Cardiology related patients, but overall Internal Medicine as well. With Dr.'s expertise in 4 disciplines of Cardiology, you will see the most complex of Cardiology cases which involve other critical aspects of internal medicine as well. If you want to learn all aspects of medicine, and learn from a doctor who has dedicated his life to medicine and his patients, spend a rotation here. We are looking to invest in PAs who are willing to work hard to learn not only about cardiology but how to truly care for patients.

This rotation is comprehensive, fast-paced, and offers a supportive environment for learning. Therefore, as a student you will be exposed to much more than general cardiology. In this rotation, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of patients of different cultural backgrounds, age groups, and varying diagnoses, not limited to cardiology. Patients receiving care at this clinic, have complex cardiac conditions, which require diligent, and thoughtful monitoring to optimize their health. Dr. loves teaching and discussing various cardiac pathologies in great detail, but he also expects his students to go the extra mile and learn outside of the office. Students exercise their clinical skills during every patient visit through independent history taking, physical examinations, and completing case presentations. This rotation exposes students to in depth diagnostic testing, especially in the areas of cardiovascular imaging and testing. Dr also focuses on plant based nutrition. **Room, breakfast and lunch daily, as well on limited basis to help offset finances and allow commute to be easier in LA.

Busy convenient care clinic, working from 8am-7pm on weekdays, rotating weekends. Supervising physician available by phone calls.
